Has to be some of the worst service I have ever encountered in the UK. Spoke to three different individuals who each provided conflicting information. Prematurely cancelled an appointment after it was confirmed via text. Meanwhile, I left work early and sat around waiting for nearly three hours! I confirmed earlier with the first individual that the appointment was still on. Finally discovered the appointment was in fact cancelled and no engineers were available in the area. They then told me the next availability would be March 7, about two months from the day! Are you kidding me!? So I miss half a day of work and will have to miss another at some point. All because I want their free weekend gas as advertised. What a joke.

Think about hiring more engineers so it doesn't take a month to see someone. And do more weekend visits. People work during the week!
