dyno plumbing- durham

i am a former employee of dyno plumbing, durham, who carry out british gas repairs. I am not a disgruntled former employee,i am a plumber of 40 years experience who left the company because of the unnacceptable ethics and procedures. be warned, a repair which can be carried out in a couple of hours for free on your insurance will probably incur a bill of hundreds of pounds by the money driven owner of the franchise. I was told how to do this in one of the weekly meetings,for example,to change an awkward pair of bathtaps, tell the customer that the bath will have to be removed, refitted and retiled. This is charged at £79 an hour plus materials, and money made will go to dyno, not british gas. most of the engineers seem to have done a course, not a full appreniceship. there is more, too much to put into a simple review, in 40 years i have never worked for such a terrible employer. For this reason alone, i would never reccomend taking out any of their homecare plans.
