We joined the Homecare programme. The service is terrible. We used the service 3 times. They never came on time or cancelled my appointments to the another day. It happened 4 times. One time I took a day off from work to wait for them, and they didn't turn up and called me very late to change my appointment.
We are not happy with them, so we called and told them we were not going to re-new the contract. However, for some reasons, they didn't cancel our contract and continue to charge us. I called them again about the issue. The guy said there were no notes stating that we cancelled the contract. I am still waiting for my refund.
We are totally not happy with this company. Just don't know why people cant do their job properly?!
