I switched over from Scottish Power to British Gas as part of a switching deal on a comparison site.
The switch went smoothly and I only had to speak to British Gas customer service on a couple of occasions.
On both occasions it was like a breath of fresh air. There UK support was a pleasure to speak too and all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Fantastic!
I know company's don't get things right 100% of the time but these have been great so far.
No issues here.
