“Expensive and lacking in Customer Service”

Living in the country, we have little choice over who supplies our heating oil. Billericay Farm Services in Essex know this and always keep prices way above the national average. Luckily for me, where I live, an oil buyers group has started and we can get better prices from other supplies. BFS have yet to cotton on to this fact and continue to keep the prices artifically high.
