I wish I head read other reviews about New World before I bought this product. I've had similar problems with the grill going off, now the oven will switch itself off too and pump out the gas. There has always been far too much heat escaping when the oven is on. You can't use the hob when the oven is on - its so hot. In fact it is so hot that the timer and clock button melted not to mention that it takes the food double time to cook. Worst purchase ever - seriously!
