I've had mine well over 10 years,using it maybe 4 times a year on overgrown gardens that it's not designed for.I have also drilled the spoolhead to use the thicker yellow cable,if you do this and intend to cut thick brambles that really need a steel blade you must keep the revs down or the cable will break quickly or the engine will stall.I cannot fault it.
Empty the petrol out if you're not going to use it for months as petrol goes stale,change the oil,clean the plug check everthing is tight and you won't go wrong.If all that is too much to do you would be better with an electric strimmer.

Can't get the strummer head for the string to go in .... Tried turning it and pushing it in to release . But to no avail .. Help ..
