This (like most Strimmers) is useless, line constantly needs rethredding and it is very difficult to extract from housing . Spend more time fiddling with this extremely poorly designed piece of equipment than using it.
DONT TOUCH IT UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING YOUR TEMPER!!
