“Inherent design fault”

At first it worked very well then it jammed often. I found that I could put my hand up the 'inner' plastic chute and insert a fingertip down between the inner and outer chutes - The cause of the jams. Later I noticed the air space between the inner and outer was filling up with debris. This air gap seemed to be for cooling the motor which eventually jammed. The store had a display model without the inner chute and so no gap to trap debris. However on arriving home I found the new one was exactly the same as the old! I could insert a fingertip down the two chutes before even using it.
So I guess I'll be going back every couple of months for a replacement under warranty! Which is quite a drag due to its weight!
