I ordered cedar shingles and ridge shingles. I thought at the time these were quite expensive but wow they are real quality. I've stored some in my garage and the aroma is amazing, better than any air freshener. Best Canadian wood. Will buy again very soon.

I have used E-Decks previously and was extremely happy with the order process through to the supply with quality very good for the best prices I could find. This positive experience helped me decide on a supplier for my new garden project. I received the same ease of ordering and was very happy with the materials supplied. One small issue was a missed delivery due to an overladen vehicle, meaning my order was removed and planned for the following week. Overall I'd use this company again without question.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Products are appalling quality. DO NOT BUY. I bought stair stringers, the company admitted in writing that they are not straight and yet will not refund. Disgusting

Very poor quality decking. Project had only been completed a few days & knots had started to drop through and splits started to appear & are continuing to do so. Customer services might as well be non existent & were very rude. They were not interested in coming to an appropriate solution & I now having decking that needs replacing. Their website states it should last up to 15 years. Ours didn’t even last 15 days. Would not recommend this company & would give zero stars if it was possible.

This was my first decking project and all I had was the drawing. Called Edecks, spoke to a staff and discussed my situation and they asked me to send in my plan. They did the costing for me and verified the materials list. I accepted the quote. Edecks also followed up after delivery. My project was a success.

All the items were cut to size as ordered and delivered promptly. The plywood was good quality.

awful customer service. only delivered part of the order. nightmare trying to get refund. they ask you to create a ticket which they don't respond to. up to the customer to keep chasing. three days and still waiting for response and refund, despite numerous call, messages. avoid at all costs.

Awful experience with Edecks, placed my order and paid. Email came to confirm delivery day. So I took the day off from work waited in all day for the goods to arrive. It was about 4pm and i was a little concerned so I rang tuffnells at there Leeds deport, Edecks delivery service, to be told that edecks had just confirmed to them my order. so they were on there way to pick up my order. They could not say when it was out for delivery and to ring Edecks. Costumer service 0. Managed to talk to a lady to be told it wasn't her department and passed me to reception. To be told it wasn't her department and I would have to email my complaint. So in the complaint I ask for some one to ring me did they NO. just a generic email. My goods turned up the next day. 4 planks not usable. Still no phone call. I wont be using Edecks again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolute faeces of a company. I would give zero stars if i could. There's a reason why they're the cheapest on the internet; because all of their timber is warped and cracked. They sell you the timber online saying it will be dispatched within 3 days. As soon as payment is through, they say due to covid, it will take longer to deliver. The decking and joists they sent were shocking. splits down the middle of the decks and the joists shape would put a banana to shame. You have to accept the order so that you can return the items. It should be that you only accept what you are happy with. sent plenty of pictures through their customer care website. Without even looking at the pictures, they said "timber is a natural product some issues are unavoidable such as wane. We are unable to see all the issues reported with the goods advised" Seems they do this alot. Copy and paste responses. Had to dig my heels in to get replacements. Then they confirm a redelivery date. They decide to turn up a day earlier. Good thing i caught them on my way home. Otherwise if i would of missed them, they would have redelivered 3 days later. So the work would not have been done for the weekend. No communication from these thugs to let me know. Do yourself a favour and pay a little bit more for better timber and better customer care. STAY AWAY!!!

Dreadful experience with Edecks, DO NOT BUY FROM EDECKS. Had an order in place a month before and had paid extra for delivery on a specific day. Called to confirm the day before as I had heard nothing and was told it was all sorted and would be arriving on an all day delivery the following day Saturday day of delivery there was no delivery by 3.30pm and knowing Edecks closed at 4pm I called and got hold of someone who was less than helpful saying if its not there by 6 then dont worry call us on Monday. Didnt bother to call the delivery team or help any further Monday, called to find ut what was going on only to be told to EMAIL!! my complaint to the service team. Demanded a refund for the additional cost of the specific day delivery and found out from my phone company that I had been charged on a premium number for calling their number to get their mess sorted. so another £10!!! out of pocket. In Summary. Ok product. not a great service,awful communication and the worst after sales care I have experienced in a long time. DO NOT BUY FROM EDECKS.

Ordered the traditional balustrade kits as they look so good, quality is poor, wood is extremely flimsy and poorly made. Customer service unhelpful and tried to fob off that it was not fitted properly however it was, 2 builders actually commented how poor the quality was. This is to act as a barrier to a 6ft drop onto more slabbing which currently, if pushed would go straight through which is dangerous with 2 young children. I have informed customer services that due to this i will have to have the whole lot replaced and requested a refund of 2 of the parts i didnt have put up because of how terrible they are. They have requested i return the item myself (god knows how i would do this as it is a large item) and then only credit me a store note! Will be taking this to the relevant ombudsman and posting reviews on every platform possible. Avoid this company and shoddy items at all costs - spend a bit more and get actual decent items.

I found them extremely helpful to a complete novice with many questions. Once I had settled on what I needed the ordering process was simple and the goods were received very quickly. Excellent fitting instructions and good quality items. Will be buying more from them to complete the project.

Ordered x10 heavy duty vertical fence panels. Good and strong, although quite rattely in slotted posts as no re-enforced edges, but solved with brackets. 2nd order some more panels and concrete gravel boards. 3rd order smaller panels for a garden project, wooden posts and postcrete. All ordered easily, communicated well about delivery. Quickly arrived as scheduled by very friendly helpful drivers who take these items where you want them. Reasonable prices and always good availability even in these difficult times. Really like the look of the panels throughout all my garden spaces. So 4th order just about to be done. Keep up the good work.

The price for Vistalux was very competitive and after placing the order it order was quickly processed followed by a fast delivery. The Vistalux had been very well packaged so there was no transit damage.
