EDecks .....Rude, contrite, uncaring, sarcastic...this list could go on forever. I cannot recommend enough that you do not use this company to buy your decking from. They do not care one bit about their customers, and when you try and chase your order they are the most unhelpful people imaginable. If you complain they laugh down the phone at you (yes Sean...office manager we could hear you laughing to your workmates when you thought you were not connected. Patronising is not a strong enough word). They do not send confirmation emails, do not deliver when they say they will, don't bother to ring you back if you leave a message.
The trade description act has been clearly folded up and shoved under a wonky table in this shoddy excuse for a business instead of being remotely followed. They advertise 'excellent customer service', 'super fast nationwide delivery' (not if you live in Cornwall, you can wait 8 days, ring them to chase up your order and still wait another 2 days as they then decide that they had better deliver it after all!)
I apologised to the receptionist for being so cross and she said not to worry as she gets it all the time! That and the option at the bottom of their site saying "chase your order" it really doesn't bode well for the customer service you will receive from this company.
I implore you to go elsewhere and save yourself plenty of time and stress.
I have not yet received my product so watch this space.......!
