Website promises 2-3 days delivery. We waited 7 days for the delivery which turned up with the wrong products. Having spent nearly £900, had to wait another 6 days for the correct items, which was then 2 items short!!!!!!

When we phoned to complain originally we were told we couldn't talk to anyone, we had to make our grievance via e-mail and they would respond within 24-48 hours. This is great when it is for a job and I had to tell my client that the items paid for were nowhere to be seen. I was then held up for nearly a week waiting for materials.


Had no apology, nothing. would never use this company again, they trade as edecks, eroofs and Kennings. Be warned.
