I bought an ironing board online as a present for my son and daughter-in-law. It arrived badly damaged. Despite sending 7 e-mails and photos to ALFRESIA they have totally ignored me.
I have e-mailed them direct and using the 'contact us' section on the website.
I have now bought another board elsewhere but have lost £45 to this company.
