On entering this garden centre you are faced with a large selection of goods, but, on closer examination the prices are above average. The major concern is the staffing. They seem to lack person to person skills. And what appeared to be an excellent garden centre when it first opened a few years ago has gone down hill rapidly, mainly due to the lack of quality staff. The privelege card which was issued to us has been repeatedly rejected due to one rule or another, now being told it can only be used Mon-Fri and Sat. upto 12 noon, but, not Sundays(which is surprising as that is one of the busiest days for a garden centre). The quality of plants on sale were below average, but expensive considering the condition and lack of variety. We did go to the customer care desk to view our feelings, but were faced with a definite lack of enthusiasm to please. So we will not be making the 50 mile round trip again to this garden centre, as it is a total waste of time and effort.
