“Poor quality plugs”

I have had plants from Parker's in the past therefore I orderd begonia plugs when they arrived I kept them in greenhouse for 2days when planted in baskets and tubs with good quality compost at least half the plants have died ,plus free plants died ,a week later my geraniums arrived much healthy,have put in pots and baskets last week look much brighter
