Ordered 7 tons of vegetopsoil on the Monday, delivered on Wednesday. Easy to use website, easy ordering and paying service. Delivery driver was very helpful and put the 7 bulk bags where I wanted them.
Quality of the soil was first class and I will certainly be ordering more in the future.
Dandys Recommended to all as a first class retailer.

Had another 5 tons delivered this week, soil good quality. Delivery driver was a contractor from Palletfarce and must have been to the Saddam Hussein charm school. I didnt really want to have to help him unload the lorry because the fork lift drivers just rammed the pallets on at his depot. I also had to wheel the pallets where I wanted to as he kept telling us all that he had just completed a health and saftey course and they told him not to move heavy items. Our experience with Palletforce has made us wonder if the next 7 tons we need would be better sourced from elsewhere. Also another gripe is that there is no discount for repeat orders, Dandy points of £4.91 are not really a realistic incentive to order again. When I asked the lady at Dandys if there were any discounts, she said have a look on Twitter. Having no experience of this medium, I just accepted that we would be paying the full price. As a registered charity it would have been nice to get something off. Will think long and hard about anymore orders, shame as the product is good.

Thank you very much for informing us of your most recent delivery. Your first order was delivered on our own vehicle which is a hiab crane but unfortunately we were unable to send this vehicle down to you for your second delivery so we used our haulier PalletForce. The feedback that you have left regarding the offload is a shock to us and our haulier as we would never expect our customers to offload the goods themselves, not only for health and safety reasons but also as you are paying for a service that we offer and should not be expected to assist. Please accept our sincerest apologies for this and please be assured that this matter is in investigation with PalletForce and the local depot who performed the delivery. Once we have a statement from the depot we will contact you with feedback.
At the moment our prices are the lowest they have ever been as we are running an up to 50% off sale so we are currently unable to offer you any further discounts. The loyalty points system is fairly new to us and has been well received by returning customers as it is something that we have not been able to offer in the past. We on occasion offer special discounts for Twitter and Facebook users, however these discounts will apply to non sale items. We are doing all that we can to improve our service and only wish to offer you the very best in products, customer service and delivery.
If you wish to place another order with us for your 7 tonnes please call our office on 0845 456 3089 and we will hopefully be able to offer your our hiab crane offload for your next delivery.
