“Delivery Dissapointment ”

I placed 2 orders with dandy... the forst one, all fine, no problems

The second didnt arrive at all on the day it should have,and then not for another 5 days...

having not received my order on the day requested, I rang dandys, and left a voice mail, then to be sure I also emailed... but never received even the courtesy of a reply or call..

Having placed my oreder for delivery on a thursday, it arrived the following tuesday... so, a whole weekend where I could not do the job I had planned... then a delivery, with a shrug of the shoulders

CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT

Shame, the first order went well, but downhill from there... :-(
