“Poor delivery poor service”

Echo other comments re delivery times and service. Item I ordered was out of stock, although wedsite did not indicate this, then waited 2 weeks to be told it was sold out.
Just another example of a company spending big bucks on Internet site etc, but not having customer service or infrastructure to go with it.
