We have used this garden centre for years. Friendly and helpful, nice cafe. The knowledge that is shared by the staff is brilliant. They always have the right plants in at the time when they should be being dealt with plus everything else you are likely to need. If there is something you can't find they often have it tucked away and are happy to find it for you or recommend a suitable alternative. I have to say I am very impressed with Birchgrove, what they sell and how they attend to ordering and delivery. The delivery is especially good as you get a one hour window on the day of delivery which is absolutely fantastic. The service from Birchgrove is first class and I know each time I order, I will be very happy. Well done Birchgrove and keep up the good work and excellent service. (read more)

Have been to Birchgrove Garden Centre on numerous occasions, and always found it to be a pleasant experience. This was our first online order, and I simply cannot fault the service in any way! I ordered the item late on Sunday evening, and it arrived on schedule, within the 1 hour window, on Tuesday. Communication was superb, being notified by both SMS and email! Highly recommended. “Disappointed”

I unfortunately received 15kg of dog food instead of the cat food which I thought I had ordered. When contacting Birchgove by telephone I was told that I could return it at my own cost. I am most disappointed that I could not receive cat food in place of the dog food which I thought could be returned when the cat food was delivered. (read more)

Ordered Royal Canin dog food late Tuesday evening and it arrived Thursday. Communication was excellent and was given a one hour delivery slot which was as stated. I will use Birchgrove again and no hesitation in recommending to anyone. (read more)

Easy to order, great prices having searched the web, efficient delivery which was free (another bonus), customer services really personal as you actually speak to the guy who handles online orders including the packing and despatch which must be a first - I only made contact as I was anxious about delivery because I had run out of food for the dogs - the guy knew all about my order and the advice he gave was spot on plus he was really reassuring. I first used birchgrve garden centre to get larger size packs (10kg) of royal canin exigent cat food as they were far less expensive than in pet shops - delivery is excellent, next day with specific time when order will arrive - i used to use a pet supermarket with free delivery but could wait for up to a week for it to turn up at my door, and that store was only 10 miles away!! - got to say that price is very competitive, value for money, with free next day delivery!! - if you want service... We ordered Royal Canin dog food from Birchgrove solely because it was the cheapest price we could find on the internet. After receiving such an efficient service from them; we received emails to let us know that our order had been received, processed and dispatched the same day we ordered and received the order itself the next morning. I ordered Royal Canin Cat Biscuits yesterday at 11.00am and received them at 9.00am this morning. That is less than 24hr delivery. Plus their prices are the keenest, and they keep you fully informed of delivery progress and delivery time. Amazing service - the best on the internet without doubt. I usually get my pet supplies from a large pet store near my home but i decided to search online to see if i could find a better price. Birchgrove were the best price so i ordered from them, i was pleased to find out my order would be free next day delivery. I normally get my Maine Coon food locally but after looking online & finding that Birchgrove was very competitive I decided to order online. Very easy & quick to order & process my details. It was free next day delivery & was estimated that my order would be delivered between 11.18-12.18 which I thought was a bit too acurate for any delivery company, but at 11.18 my order arrived!! I ordered a 10kg bag of Royal Canin Cat Biscuits yesterday at 14.30, and it was delivered today at 12.30 FREE OF CHARGE. Birchgrove kept me informed by email even to the time the delivery would be.
