We ordered Royal Canin dog food from Birchgrove solely because it was the cheapest price we could find on the internet. After receiving such an efficient service from them; we received emails to let us know that our order had been received, processed and dispatched the same day we ordered and received the order itself the next morning. We received a text to let us know a one hour window in which the delivery would be made and were given the option to change the day if required. Our driver delivered at exactly the time stated, we were thrilled. We have fairly busy lives and to receive such an excellent service ensures that we will definitely be using Birchgrove again. Thank you!
