The airport pick up was difficult to find and the lady was late to pick us up, but after that everything was smooth sailing. 4/5 rooms were air conditioned and one was right on the beach which was amazing. The hotel in Bangkok was on Koh San road which was definitely a highlight!. The trips to the national parks and snorkelling were well organised and in Bangkok it was great to see things such as the floating market, which i probably wouldnt have ventured to see on my own.Our tour guide Lisa was amazing, she was always on hand to tell us the best places to eat and how much we should pay for things, which was really handy. Although the website says some meals included it is actually just 2 or 3 meals throughout the 17 days. This is not an adventure holiday and mostly consists of free time, which I used for laying at the beach or elephant trekking. But overall was a good experience and I would use real gap again.
