Contributing what I gained from my studies and work was my initial intention of joining the micro finance project. This is a new project, I am so glad that I was able to involve in the home visit for the first group of beneficiary and the reports preparation for the new group of beneficiaries. The most challenging part was to get things done under that kind of environment.
It involves a lot of discussion and communication with the local staff.
Be patient and ask questions are the key to understand the difficulties and come up with any suggestions to enhance the workflow of the project.
