I really enjoyed the trip "Nepal real experience", this was such a great experience. I embraced every single moment and would like to thank PMGY for this. The balance between sightseeing, trekking, rafting...and living in a family, vounteering was perfect to me. 2 weeks tourism and 2 weeks volunteering is a good balance. Before leaving, there was always someone ready to help us and answer our questions. The handbook provided was also very useful. About the general organization, there was no problem and the local team did a great job.. For instance, I needed to stay an extra night at the end and Asim, the person in charge of PMGY in Nepal directly offered me to stay at his house. We had always someone to bring us to a place and help us. The accomodations were all much better than what I expected. By the way, I would like to talk a little bit about the family I stayed at. They are such a great, welcoming family. They did everything for us. The father brought us to some beautiful places, we played cards and even danced with them. I have only good feedbacks about this family which I hope will be able to host volunteers for PMGY for a long time. I would recommend to stay in a family, you can experience much more things. As for the placement, I volunteered in the orphanage Happy Home. I loved it and during the 2 weeks volunteering/living in a family, I felt so radiant. But I think we were too many volunteers in this placement. If I have two disapointments it would be this and the fact that we had a bad weather while trekking it was all the same really good to trek in the Annapurnas!!. In the orphanage, at one time, we were 12 volunteers for 9 children (and actulally only 6 who really needed us). I volunteered in the mornings and afternoons at the beginning but then I could only volunteer in the afternoons because we were two numerous so we were divided into two teams. This placement is very popular and it is understandable as the children are so lovely and welcoming. I miss them. Nevertheless, it would be great to improve a little bit the splitting of volunteers. Anyway, working in Happy Home was all the same a wonderful experience to me!!  To put it in a nutshell, I had such a great time, I met wonderful people and I would definitely recommend Nepal and especially the "real experience trip". The country and the people are amazing and so is PMGY which allows you to have a great experience. Go to nepal, you won't regret it! I already think about going somewhere else with PMGY now as it gave me the travel bug!
