After finishing university I was looking for an adventure unlike anything I had done before. Being open minded to travelling anywhere Gap360 had an east coast Australia trip planned out for me, starting in Sydney. Before leaving they sent me a day by day itinerary and all my flight and bus tickets for the first few weeks. All I had to do was print off my tickets and I was ready. What I found great was that any questions I had, regarding visas, insurance or just the little things I could send a quick email and they where happy to answer my questions. The employees also seemed to know there stuff, Giving great advice on places to go and what to do. I was also offered the Flexibility to stay places longer so i could adjust my journey accordingly.
After arriving in Sydney, where I spent a week on an introduction package, where I was able to meet other travellers I then made my way up north on a surfing programme to Byron bay. To mix it up they offered an outback farm experience which showed me a different side to Australia and also where I decided to stay an extra week to ride the horses. After that I did the Whitsunday islands and then onto cairns for the most amazing diving experience on the great barrier reef. In total I managed to pack in so much in to 6weeks, which I would not have been able to do myself. It was great having them do the hard work and took the hassle out of planning which left me to relax and enjoy my trip.
Last of all, I found there website really great for information and pictures to open up all possibilities and provide plenty of information. I would defiantly recommend Gap360 to anyone looking to travel for the first time or just looking for something new to try out and experience.
