Stay away

Ordered full fitted wardrobes for master bedroom and daughters room and beds.
After reading the bad reviews I aired my concerns with the sales rep. He reassured us things had changed and there wouldn't be any problems. I am heavily pregnant and have a 3 year old daughter so I explained I couldn't deal with the stress of things going wrong. The sales rep could talk the talk and put my mind at rest. I asked how long it would take as we were getting the two rooms done on the same day. The sales rep told us TWO fitters would be sent one to do each room and would be finished by 5pm.
After waiting 12 weeks for our wardrobes two fitters didn't turn up on the day, only one and a Trainee laborer, therefore the job took from 9am till 9pm !! A Mirrored door hadn't been ordered ( now told we have to wait 3 weeks) there weren't enough edging for the wardrobes, this will take weeks too. When ringing starplan after sales care they weren't interested. Couldn't care less attitude. They basically tell you a pack of lies whatever you want to hear to get the sale. They might as well put a balaclava on and rob you of your money. Please please read the bad reviews and take note. Do not make the same mistake as us. Stay away from them, they are overpriced for the quality too. Starplan are shocking, an absolutely terrible company and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Even the fitter said it's a company based on lies!!!! So gutted I didn't trust the bad reviews and was brain washed by sales talk.
