Starplan are one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with; their customer service is virtually non existent. Orders were incorrect on 2 separate occasions; the first following completely incorrect measurements taken by one of their surveyors and the other not being processed despite having been agreed and paid for, 4 weeks prior to the agreed delivery date - they realised it hadn't been processed on the day of delivery! Delays totalled c 12 weeks. Despite writing to one of the Area Managers, not even the courtesy of an apology. I'd never recommend them and would ask anyone to think seriously hard about using them.
