Avoid like the plague

Their current ad campaign focuses on "choice, quality, service". From bitter experience I can tell you that the last two of these are not to be relied upon. Then, when you complain, they'll pass you back and forth between local branch, regional manager and head office, each of whom will tell you it's the others responsibility and make you put it in writing all over again. None of them will call you back or reply to your letter. When you finally decide enough is enough and complain the The Furniture Ombudsman **then** they will get involved and will fight you tooth and nail to minimise the amount of compensation they have to pay.

It will take over a year of your life. I wish I had never heard of Starplan and that this review website allowed you to give zero stars.
