first of all the product is very good ,the fitting service is excellent a fast service with no mess or fuss BUT the after care service leaves a lot to be desired with very poor communication between departments when problems arise after fitting .My wardrobes kept rolling back away from the end frames contacted the Lichfield showroom after leaving several answerphone messages they finally got back to me promising that the fitters would call to arrange a time to come and rectify my issues after waiting a week with no contact again I rang to leave a message on the answer machine in the end I e mailed the fitting surveyor who called me within five minutes and arranged for a fitter to call ,he came fixed the problem and thought all good until now cannot open one side of wardrobes and my wife cannot get to her clothes .again the fitters are supposed to ring me to arrange a time to call but still no communication very poor after care they seem to have got your money and are not bothered now
