my star rating would be zero only you had to put something.
DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CORNERS FROM NEXT, CUSHIONS KEEP FALLING LAP SIDED, LOOK WRINKLY AND CHEAP, NEED TO KEEP FIXING THE CUSHIONS IN PLACE FOR THE THING TO LOOK TIDY, BOUGHT IN DEC HAD IT 3 MONTHS AND HATE IT....WORST EVER PURCHASE

We have just bought an Ashford Sofa from Next and have the same issue with the cushions constantly slipping forward. What style is your corner suite out of interest?

Yup we had an asford corner 4 seater delivered in feb which sloped down on the left side by 2 inches, ordered a replacement which was also sloped and squint by an inch and the backfilled cushions after 5 days were sloped and wrinkled and utterly substandard. We are due to have our 3rd ashford this time a 3 seater delivered on sat.... wish me luck!!

Yep we have the stamford and the cushions leave to go in the kitchen with you, the back ones are so embarrassed they drop down the void at the back. The frame then cracks with an applause. Entire sofa is rubbish. 20 months old and £1,500. It's embarrassing when people out of family use it as they try to tidy it on leaving. Or go "oh" as it cracks when they stand. We have no children either, so they can't give me the misuse rubbish I've read on here!

We have a similar issue with our Sonoma corner chaise - which we plumped for after weeks of sofa research. Eight months of wear/use, and I'm already tearing my hair out over it! The back cushions are constantly 'higgledy piggedy' and I have to regularly basically deconstruct the sofa to reposition the cushions. There's only the two of us at home (no kids yet, no dogs so can't blame those!), and we're by no means 'heavy', so you can understand my disappointment that there is sagging at our respective ends already! Add to that, the sofa already seems to be creaking at times...if it's like this after just eight months, I dread to think what it'll be like in a couple of years. Actually seriously contemplating selling it and cutting my losses now-which is a real shame, as I had high hopes for it!

exactly the same , I have had enough my is stratus corner and I absolutely hate it, i'm gonna email complaints to have it looked at DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL
