January 2012 -Ordered 2 Garda Sofas (1 medium, 1 large). Delivered with 2 different styles of arm cushions, so looked very incongruous, especially as both sofas placed in the same room. Spent 2 months & counteless phone calls trying to sort out, as each of the 12 operators I spoke did not seem to understand what cushions I was referring to, which meant that each phone call I made was followed up soon after by another operator asking which cushions I meant (One particularly unhelpful operator even suggested that the different size & shape cushions would 'settle' after a period of use, and somehow stretch and become the same shape as the others). By the time the matter did actually get sorted, I noticed that one of the seams of the medium sofa had started to some apart - 2 months after deliverty and after minumal use. Thankfully, after much stress and frustrtaion, NEXT agreed a full refund and collection of the sofas. All in all, my experience was one of appalling customer service and a poor quality product. As a very disappointed customer, I definitley will not be purchasing furniture from NEXT again.
