They were excellent from start to finish. They were professional at every stage and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. They timed their visits to fit in with our busy schedule. The fitters were friendly, efficient and cleared up well afterwards. The workmanship is excellent-it fits like a glove. The results are amazing and our friends have said they would like Neville Johnson to do their stairs too. It is the best thing we have done to our house. We have only the highest praise for them.
