What we liked:
- the brochure
- the sales person's ideas

What we didn't like:
- 9 months delay in completing the project
- workmen coming without the right tools or material
- the damage to the wall and wooden floors
- the finish (holes not filled, scratches, misaligned elements, etc...)
- some of the staff who were useless or simply rude and threatening
- the cost, it only it was a better finish...

Based on our experience, I find the number of good reviews suspicious (are they real?) or once you have paid so much money you convince yourself that it wasn't that bad and that you are part of the elite. Do not fool yourself, this is a very expensive for the quality and it will not be the flawless result you see on the brochure.
