It makes a change to be completely satisfied with a product or service and to have our expectations exceeded! The staircase looks great, is of excellent quality and really enhances our hall, stairs and landing. At all times we found communicating with Neville Johnson easy and the various people we had contact with at the different stages were helpful and professional. I had initially been concerned about the disruption and mess but was pleasantly surprised at how little we were disturbed and at how smooth the whole process was. Would definitely recommend.
