We have uused Neville Johnson twice. First for child and teen-proof storage for our family room and more recently for the master bedroom. The designs for both were very good and took account of our specific needs and finished look preferences. At no point did we have a hard sale. We were kept informed at all times and the furniture arrived on the day they said accompanied by the fitters at the time they said.Both installations were done very proffessionally and the men involved were very polite and tidy. There was a little cleaning to do to the insides of drawers and wardrobes before we could use them but nothing unexpected. Yes they are priced above comparable firms ( Hammonds did us a design and quote )but the service and reliability speak volumes and having read reviews of Hammonds after-care and installation we chose the more expensive quote. We havent had any provlems with the furniture but anticipate that if we di the problem would be handled well.
