This is the third time that I have used Neville Johnson. The first time I was asked to take my negative review down as part of a financial settlement due to damage caused during installation. The second time was absolutely fine. This time however the process has been completely and utterly frustrating yet again. In short, the installation could not be completed on the due date as the survey had not been completed correctly, meaning the furniture had to be remade. Having been promised the same fitter would return to complete the job when the furniture was remade, two different fitters arrive at my house today and upon inspection the finish on the unit installed is appalling. Covered in silicon, visible nail holes, pen marks on the cabinet...not what you expect from a supposedly, premium provider. They then had to the gall to badger me the outstanding payment...

The only reason I have continued to use Neville Johnson is because of the sales designer and the fact they are North West based and I like to support local business - but never again. The inconvenience caused and their amateurism is not commensurate with the fees they charge.
