We had a new staircase from Neville Johnson and found them to be very professional from start to finish.
The designer took a great deal of time and care making sure the staircase was right for our home and took measurements. We were under no pressure to place the order there and then.
The survey took further measurements and produced excellent drawings which we agreed before installation. The installation date was only a couple of weeks after the order. The surveyor was very professional.
The installers were very professional and produced an excellent job. The installation took two days. They also sent out a project manager during the installation to make sure all was OK.
We have no complaints regarding the whole process and would recommend Neville Johnson for any one looking for a new staircase. The staircase has really modernised our hall and landing, giving it it a light and airy feeling.

Overall I would throughly recommend a Neville Johnson staircase. You get what you pay for - they are not the cheapest and you pay for the quality. They also following up after installation to make sure you are happy.
