“Worst Furniture. Don't ever buy it !!! ”

“Cheap & Nasty”

WE had two leather sofas from Natuzzi approx 10 years ago and they have been fab and apart from a bit of wear on the seats they still look good so naturally when we came to replace them we went back to Natuzzi. This time we decided to go for fabric. They are awful! The material sags (also has a defect, the cushions are so hard they are really uncomfortable and two of the feet have fallen off. “Poor customer service”

Bought a sofa and told 12 week delivery It arrived in this country on 11th of March 2014 and despite having paid in full for it we were given a delivery date of 28th of March A 17 Day delay in delivery to customer. When we complained Natuzzi referred to the small print stating the delivery date was within their 14 week promise. This was first time this had been mentioned and we felt that the customer service we received was extremely poor. We would not recommend using this company to anyone… Read Full Review

“Poor quality”

I bought a Natuzzi sofa in 2012 and although at under 9st I am hardly a heavyweight within 6 months it felt as though I was sitting in a hole.It took over a year to get them to replace the cushion and within 3 months it was as bad as ever. I would not recommend Natuzzi to anyone… Read Full Review

“Apalling customer service”

Purchased modular seating, tables, rugs and lamps at a cost of £10,000+. All items were fine, apart from the modular seating which arrived dented and with leather sagging and underfilled. So much for waiting almost four months for these items to arrive and then being told we would have to wai againt the same length of time for their replacement! “Natuzzi furniture”

Bought a natuzzi suite 3 years ago, the leather on the sofa has worn away in quite a few places, the seat has sagged and is really uncomfortable to sit on, the sofa looks so bad we have resorted to using a throw to hide the worn patches, we were told the suite was made in Italy but on delivery found it was made in china, we paid around £5,000 for substandard furniture, would never buy natuzzi again, you're better buying cheaper furniture it would last longer!!… Read Full Review

Bought a Natuzzi sofa and chair in 2007 thinking it would last a lifetime. How wrong we were ,arm collapsed and upon inspection (took bottom cover of myself ) was horrified to see that frame is made from chipboard ,yes that's correct chipboard .Not even MDF or a softwood like pine. Untill reading these reviews did not realise some sofas were made in china .Natuzzi again ? NEVER

“Piece of Junk!”

We bought a Natuzzi leather sofa from Macy's in 2009. Two years later all the webbing straps under the sofa that holds the foam broke. The foam was breaking down and the wood frame between the cushions that held the foam was sticking out between the cushions... OUCH! We took the extended warranty Macy's offered from "Worry No More." “Natuzzi poor quality and even worse customer service”

Originally bought at considerable expense from Maskrey's in Bristol. Within a few months the arms started to sag and the cushions collapsed. Maskerys were very good and got the Natuzzi approved repairer to call. He re-padded the arms and cushions and re-stretched the leather FOC. Very good. Then one month out of warranty the same problem returned but Maskery's were now closed.
