I purchased a corner sofa for £4,500 and expected it to last a decent amount of time. My first call out was approx. a month after purchase when it looked like the seams/stitching was coming apart. They painted the seams with liquid leather, like nail varnish and this should have been my warning for what was to come! My warranty ran out late December but with the build up to Christmas I was too busy to call them out and decided to leave it until early Jan. Mistake no 1! When the 'tech' arrived he agreed that one seat in particular was dipping and agreed this needed to be refilled. Waited around 2 weeks for a call from customer services that never came so I called them. Long story short they said that this is normal wear and tear and because it was the seat nearest to the tv this is what had caused it! I said that 5 people sit on that sofa every night in various positions so why only this cushion? She waffled on to the extent that I hung up furious vowing never to buy a Natuzzi, expensive, poor quality sofa again. If you want a sofa to look nice but to seat, dip, last approx. 2 years and be uncomfortable then purchase Natuzzi. If you want good customer service, decent quality, cheaper price then go elsewhere.
