Almost laughable how utterly incompetent they are. Don't order anything as a gift or as an 'urgent need'. I ordered 2 items 3 weeks ago. I have had to contact them twice to find out where they are. I was told that one item wasn't now due in until January 2013 and that I could either reorder or wait. Well why would i want to reorder when I had taken advantage of a price reduction? At the same time, I was told that the 2nd item was on it's way and would be with me by Thursday. I don't which Thursday that was! It's never arrived. I called back and spoke to someone else. She said that her colleague would have told me that he would despatch the items separately and that the first item (originally delayed until Jan 13) was now due in and they would be sent to me together.
I got a text on Monday advising that 'Your Lombok order is due for delivery tomorrow'. Please text 1
