DO NOT ORDER FROM LOMBOK.
I ordered a wardrobe 6 months ago have no wardrobe and no refund.
Most of Lombok went into administration in August and it seems they owe many people money and/or furniture. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-14526885
I paid in full for this item when I ordered it. Now 6 months since then I have had many excuses of why I still have no wardrobe or refund. These range from, “computer systems are down”, “computer systems are being upgraded”, “refund system is down”, “refund will be paid within 10 days”, “refunds will be paid by the end of the week”....sound familiar anyone who has dealt with Lombok?
Still no refund another 8 weeks on and so I am making a claim back through my credit card cover.
According to the website the reason customer service no longer answer the phone is because, “Our customer Services department are currently in the process of moving offices.” http://www.lombok.co.uk/Contact-Us-Acontact_details/
The only reason I will ever go back into Lombok on Tottenham Court Rd is with a debt collection agency to take the furniture I am owed.
Save yourself the headache of having to make a claim on your credit card.
