I bought a table and chair set from this company and two weeks later they told me that they would put a refund in as they did not have the items in stock. I was informed that they had completed the refund however 2 weeks later I have still not had the refund. Having chased the company I had an email from the MD stating that their online payment account has been suspended due to a number of fraudulent transactions being processed on it. As such they are unable to refund me and I have had to take this to my bank through the "ChargeBack" system.

Whilst I don't believe this to be malicious intent, it clearly reflects badly on the comapny who have neglected to use sufficient security on their site. I would seriously advise against using this company!

Exactly the same happened to me.
My email dated 18/11/2013 from the MD states that their account with Worldpay has been closed down. 12 members of staff have been made redundant.
Doesn't sound good. Will try to claim through my bank
