I ordered a TV stand and coffee table at the end of April 2012. They took my order and the money straight away before emailing me weeks after to say the items were out of stock. They will only email you and never phone you even when you request it. I had to chase them after they said the items will be back in the warehouse beginning of June, they did not contact me, nor did they offer to refund my money, I had to do all the chasing. When they said the items were avaliable they delievered to the wrong address apparantly, not their fault apprarantly but their delivery company. My items are currently still missing and I havent recieved them almost three months later. I havent recieved one phone call or offer of refund or good will guesture. They dont even have a way of making formal complaints!!! They are cheap because they are useless, pay a little bit more for your items and get a better service from another company!!
