In November last year I took delivery of a "Relaxteeze" 'Frascati' swivel/recliner chair. Within a month, four of the five legs on the chair showed signs of splitting. I was sent five replacement legs which I carefully fitted in line with the company's instructions. I've placed two orders with this company, the first time I ordered a chair and it arrived in good time but badly damaged and with faulty/ missing parts. I contacted them and after sending photo's of the issue (seems that they want photos from everybody) they eventually got their supplier to correct the issue. it took three weeks to resolve but it got there in the end. When the money did come through it was outwith the 60 day Paypal refund limit so we lost over £10 to Paypal because First Furniture was so slow , and had such poor communication with their suppliers, so we, the customers lost out. Hi
I am in a similar position to you with this company at the moment. Every time I call them they say there is a delay in collection and also replacing items.
Just wondering how you are resolving it?

Hi, I gave up on replacement as they asked me to pay half price off the bed for replacement part. I had no choice and agreed to get a £50 off tjothe bed. As bed wasn't expensive that was better option than paying 50% of the total cost. Don't fall into long conversation and let them know you are recording every conversation. I will never shop there again. Wish you luck.
