Bed arrived on day it was supposed to but on opening found it was only 3 scratched planks of wood, phoned company and had to send pictures of the afore mentioned planks. Mattress and rest of bed arrived weeks later and I just sent them back as the quality of the product was terrible. When I try to contact them for a refund I get told the 'person responsible is not at his desk' he hasn't been at his desk for weeks, I hope he's okay. Got half my refund because I got angry with the receptionist but will have to keep telephoning for my total refund and suspect when I do the person responsible will not be at his desk. Give them a wide birth unless you want hassle in yor life.
