This chair cost me 3000 thousand dollars and I purchased from a store that was going out of business. It won't stay in position and moves when I do. This is not like the store model. We had a service call to the house and the service man told me to tighten the knobs on each side. They are not holding and it is not easy to adjust. I am going to purchase a cheap recliner as the ones I have tried are better than this chair. Incidentally I have ALS and purchased this chair as I need to be comfortable.
This was NOT a good buy. I am very disappointed.
