I foolishly used this company to buy bedroom furniture for my children. Despite the 2-4 day delivery time stated I had to chase up after a week and was told they had delays but nobody had let me know. I eventually got the furniture after 2 weeks only for nearly every piece of it to be damaged. The furniture was not packaged in the back of a van with blankets over it. I requested the furniture was picked up and my money returned. They took the furniture but 2 weeks later I am still awaiting my credit card refund despite numerous chasers. The proprietor is either completely disorganised or a criminal.

Do not ever buy from this company!! Finally received furniture which was broken... and 2 months on promises of replacements which never arrive and won't give my money back either! Fake company!

Would just like to say how pleased I was with the delivery of my Canterbury Oak dining and living room furniture, the delivery driver was the most polite and helpful delivery person I have ever met and correspondence with the company was fantastic. The furniture was packaged fantastically to avoid any damage which is rare to see nowadays. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality furniture.

Canterbury oak is a great range of well made good value furniture, the amount on display was very surprising, well laid out and helpful staff. Delivery was free which was a lovely surprise as we are not local. The delivery man was cheerful and very helpful, treated our home with respect and took all the packaging away. Excellent service. Would use again, and have told my friends who have used them too.

Excellent furniture, excellent service all round, cheap but fab quality would definitely use again and recommend. Delivery driver even took cardboard away!

I have bought a dining room table & chairs, 2 shelf units, a tall 5 drawer unit, a small lamp table and now a coffee table from various sources but all Canterbury Oak. Every unit comes complete (no flat pack to put together) and all are of excellent quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this furniture to anyone. They have a solid feel to them and they are clearly very well made.

I have now bought 5 pieces of Real Oak furniture and all have been of the highest quality. The finish is excellent and the drawers and doors are as smooth as silk. The staff are well versed in the product very polite and helpful I would recommend these products to anybody who wants QUALITY at a very reasonable price. One small problem fixing Wardrobe to drawer base needs small starter hole as wood is so strong it can bend screw!! Otherwise I would have no problem buying more products Keep sourcing more quality items

Really pleasantly surprised at the range and the quality. Friendly service and items in stock so no waiting weeks for delivery which is great when you have an impatient family excited about new furniture! In future I won't waste time looking around different places, the quality and the price here is enough for me.

If you like fantastic value, excellent products and brilliant customer service, then why go anywhere else. It is difficult to find this combination these days and for me, I won't go anywhere else. Well happy.

Superb quality oak furniture and I love the various knots and features of the wood. Cheapest I could find it anywhere plus free delivery as well which was a bonus! Would reccomend (and have recommended) to anyone looking for oak furniture! Looking forward to finishing the bedroom then starting on the living room.

Had been looking for for furniture for a while, tried all the usual places, mainly put off by the waiting time and delivery costs included (why don't they tell you from the off) not only were the prices better than competitors but fast free delivery too ! More than satisfied, thank you.

Had great service, and was really surprised by the prices. It's really top of the range of furniture but the prices are really bargain...went to order a dining set and ended up buying a bed for the second bedroom as well...and it was free delivery, which was a proper bonus!

I bought the Canterbury Oak Sideboard and after checking a few sites and finding they had the lowest price. They were friendly when organising delivery it was easy to sort. Very happy with the sideboard too, looks good.
