Excellent Service

I ordered £2500 of Harmony Bedroom furniture, just before christmas, they called for delivery but I wasn't quite ready for it. So they held whilst I had my carpet fitted.
Delivered by two men and was booked in with me beforehand, the delivery men took all furniture up the stairs.
Once up the stairs , one of the drivers called me and said, really sorry but I have just knocked the corner of this box. TBF I live in a three storey house with a tight staircase.
We opened the box and the corner was abit dented at the back, it was ivory painted but to be honest the damage was not nothing that I would have complained about.
The drivers went on their way and I was more than happy with it.
The next day, a lady called me, she had been informed that it had been damaged and was calling to say sorry and sort the matter. I said no worries, and there was nothing to sort. The lady said, no, this needs replacing, why have something that is not 100%
So she said use the chest what you have, until the replacment came.
Delivery was due to be before Christmas, but I was called to say really sorry we can't do this before Christmas and offered to compensate me £100 for the delay
To be honest, I have enver experienced such service anywhere ever, I said no, don't be daft but she said yes, in the end I said I was going to buy a wall mirror so I said I would have this instead, which was less than £100
The swop over was completed with a mirror
OK so they made a couple of mistakes, but to be honest, they didn't matter and I cannot believe what great service I recieved.
Would recommend them to anyone and everyone
