Great product & fabulous service

Having decided that the time was right to throw out the old sofa and purchase a new one, my wife and I were left with the minefield of who to buy from. Given that we live near Guildford we decided to eschew the DFS's of this world and head into Sofa Workshop. Having heard from friends that this store would more than likely satisfy our individual needs we ventured into town.

We had an idea in mind and soon found ourselves in discussion with the store manager who proved to be articulate, professional and exceptionally courteous whilst helping us realise that the sofa we had in mind wouldn't necessarily be the right choice for the living space it was going to accommodate. Never at any time did my wife and I feel that we were being railroaded or up-sold a sofa that we never going to need. In fact we came away from the store more excited not about our new purchase but rather the fact that we had run into a retail environment that had actually showed sincerity and empathy for what we wanted.

About 10 weeks later the finished article arrived and if I'm honest I haven't got up from it since... Joking aside we have since been back for a sofa bed and have recommended at least 3 other friends to go take a look. They all fed back equally glowing reports about the products and the staff.

All in all an exceptionally positive experience and one that can not come recommended highly enough.
