I wish I had read reviews before the purchase of two leather sofas. After a few hours use leather cushions wrinkled, new fillers were sent after F.I.R.A inspection, then noticed a cut mark on one of the cushions F.I.R.A returned this time he said we could have caused the mark. As the time scale for the complaint was too long from delivery date.
The sofas have not been used since the new cushion fillers fitted.complained to the ombudsman sent photos of the mark ,they want on the report of the F.I.R.A idiot.
The ombudsman offered me £50 to keep the sofas,I then explained that if the mark or split increased with use it be difficult to put wright as to matching colour of the leather.
I would advise not to bye furniture from M.&S they just can't provide a quality product, they blame the consumer for the
Defects accusing the of causing the faults.
