“terrible customer service”

I ordered a bath panel which claimed to be adjustable it was in fact in 2 parts and was therefore unsuitable. I was advised I could return it if I organised the courier which i duly did, and paid for; then......nothing. Rang a week later and was advised 'they probably had it but hadn't done anything' I was advised if i sent the 'signed for' confirmation that would speed the process, did so and waited........nothing, rang a week later and was told 'oh yes we do have it but it was damaged by the courier so we aren't accepting it some one will get back to you', guess what, still waiting. Every single time I've spoken to some one there I've been given the impression i am putting them out by bothering them over trying to get my money back, no empathy, no agreement, no action. Genuinely feels like they couldn't give a damn, no resolution and me down £100 in parts and delivery/courier costs, thanks MFI
